Travis Perkins plc announces that the interim dividend of 11 pence per Ordinary
Share for year ending 31 December 2005, announced earlier today, will be paid on
Friday 28 October to shareholders on the register on Friday 30th September. The
ex-dividend date is Wednesday 28 September.
