Travis Perkins today, 8 December, 1999, received notification from its Chief
Executive, Mr Frank McKay, that he has today purchased 7,444 ordinary shares
at £6.66 in the Company. Following this purchase Mr McKay holds 7,444
ordinary shares in the Company.
