Travis Perkins plc ('the Company') has today been notified that Mr Ted Adams, a
Non-Executive Director of the Company, and his wife, Mrs Christine Adams, both
sold 1,500 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 1707p per
share. As a result of this transaction, Mr Adams has a beneficial interest in
100,749 shares in the Company representing less then one per cent of the issued
share capital of the Company.
