Travis Perkins plc ('the Company') has been notified that T.E.P Stevenson today
purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 1105p
per share. As a result, Mr. Stevenson now has a beneficial interest in 5,000
ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing less than 0.01% of the
issued share capital.
