                             Directors Interests

The Company has today been informed that on 20th September 2001, the Constance
Travis Charitable Trust, of which Mr E R A Travis, a Director of the Company,
is a trustee, acquired 125,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company for nil
consideration. As a consequence of this transaction, Mr Travis' interest in
the Ordinary Shares of the Company is as follows:
