                Travis Perkins PLC - Director/PDMR Shareholding



Andrew Pike, Company Secretary of Travis Perkins plc and a member of the
company's Executive Committee, yesterday exercised options over 2,810 ordinary
shares of 10p each in the company ('shares') at an option price of 1067.5p per
share. He retained 780 shares and sold 1,015 shares, at a price of 1934.3227p.
1,015 shares were also transferred to his wife, Valerie Pike. Valerie Pike sold
1,015 shares at a price of 1934.3227.



As a result of these transactions, Andrew Pike has a beneficial interest in
3,597 shares in the Company representing 0.0029 per cent of the issued share
capital of the Company.
