The Board of Travis Perkins plc (the 'Company') were informed that Carol
Kavanagh a member of the Company's Executive Committee was today granted 18,918
options under the Travis Perkins 2001 Executive Share Option Scheme over
ordinary shares of the Company at an exercise price of 1784p. The exercise
period is from 23 November 2009 to 22 November 2016. As Ms Kavanagh does not
hold any other options the total number of shares over which her options are
held following notification is 18,918.
