The board of Travis Perkins plc ("the Company") has been notified today of the purchase on 3^rd October 2013 of 1,400 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, at a price of 1669.604p by Frank Elkins a PDMR of the Company.  As a result of this transaction Mr Elkins has a beneficial interest of 9,375 shares which is <0.1% of the Issued Share Capital.
