Director/PDMR Shareholding

Travis Perkins plc ('the Company') was notified today that Mr John Carter, a Director of the Company, today sold 9,225 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 765p per share.

The Company was also notified that Mrs Carter, the wife of Mr John Carter, also sold today 9,225 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 766.1p per share. 

As a result, Mr Carter now has a beneficial interest in 45,510 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing less than 0.01% of the issued share capital.
