In common with all eligible employees, each of the executive directors were invited on 11 August 2008 to participate in the Company's Share-save scheme and were given an option to buy shares in the Company in 3 or 5 years time at an option price of 562p. The options were granted on 5 September 2008.

The following elected to apply to join the scheme and were issued with their option certificate on 6 October 2008;-
