Travis Perkins plc ('the Company') was notified today that Mr Chris Bunker, a
Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 1,500 ordinary shares of 10p
each in the Company at a price of 1335p per share on 16 November 2007.


As a result, Mr Bunker now has a beneficial interest in 7,000 ordinary shares of
10p each in the Company, representing less than 0.1% of the issued share
capital.
