Travis Perkins plc ('the Company') has been notified that the Chairman, T.E.P
Stevenson, today purchased 1,500 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at a
price of 1386.63p per share. As a result, Mr Stevenson now has a beneficial
interest in 12,400 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing less
than 0.1% of the issued share capital.
