Travis Perkins plc ('the Company') has been notified that the Chairman, T.E.P
Stevenson, today purchased 3,500 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at a
price of 1465p per share. As a result, Mr Stevenson now has a beneficial
interest in 8,500 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing less
than 0.01% of the issued share capital.
