Director/PDMR Shareholding

Travis Perkins plc ('the Company') has been notified today that following a
transfer of 1,700 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company from his wife Mr.
Paul Hampden Smith, a Director of the Company, sold 1,700 ordinary shares of 10p
each in the Company at a price of 1680p. His wife sold 875 ordinary shares of
10p each in the Company also at a price of 1680p. As a result, Mr. Hampden Smith
now has a beneficial interest in 6,785 ordinary shares of 10p each in the
Company, representing less than 0.01% of the issued share capital.
