At a Board meeting of the Company held on Tuesday 9 November 1999 it was
resolved to apply to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 736,459
ordinary shares pursuant to the Company's Employee Share Option Scheme.
Upon allotment these shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the
existing issued ordinary shares.
