                               Additional Listing

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and UK Listing Authority
for the admission to the Official List of 543,107 Ordinary 10 pence shares by
way of a Block Listing.

The shares are expected to be issued in connection with the exercise of options
from the Company's Sharesave 2002 and rank pari passu with the existing class of
Ordinary 10 pence shares.
