Change to Total Voting Rights

Transense Technologies plc, the provider of specialist sensor systems, announces that the Company has purchased 27,500 of its own ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 98.65 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury for the time being to satisfy share option awards in the future.

Following this transaction, the total number of Ordinary Shares held as treasury shares by the Company is 962,856. The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue (including shares held as treasury shares) is 16,437,740. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 15,474,884 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. 

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of the UK version of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, the information below contains information about the purchases made by Shard Capital Stockbrokers on behalf of the Company as part of the buyback programme.
