Transense Technologies plc ('the Company') was notified on 22 February 2007 that
Bluehone Investors LLP is interested in, through client holdings, 6,097,880
ordinary shares representing 10.80% of the Company's issued share capital of
56,458,974 ordinary shares.



Such interest includes the holding by Active Capital Trust plc of 4,266,968
ordinary shares which represents 7.56% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
