The Directors announced that the Company has today issued 649,948 ordinary
shares of 10p each resulting from the Exercise of four Options as follows:
500,000 ordinary shares at 23p per share
30,000 ordinary shares at 25p per share
100,000 ordinary shares at 66.5p per share
19,948 ordinary shares at 80p per share
