EXERCISE OF OPTIONS
The Directors of Transense Technologies plc announce that the Company has today
issued 370,396 ordinary shares of 10p each resulting from the exercise of four
options as follows:
100,000 ordinary shares at 66.5p per share
15,448 ordinary shares at 80.0p per share
4,948 ordinary shares at 80.0p per share
250,000 ordinary shares at 200p per share
*A Private Investor is a recipient of the information who meets all of the conditions set out below, the recipient:
