Anthony Lonsdale has advised that he is resigning as a director of Transense
Technologies Plc ('Transense' or the 'Company') with immediate effect.  Anthony
was a co-founder of Transense and in recent years has focused on advanced
research for the Company.  We thank him for his contribution over many years and
wish him well in his retirement.
