Transense Technologies plc ('Transense') has been informed that on 24 September
2002 Sir Dominic Cadbury, Chairman of Transense, acquired 20,000 ordinary shares
of Transense at 65p, taking his total shareholding to 80,000 ordinary shares,
representing approximately 0.16 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company.
