Transense Technologies plc ('Transense') has been informed that on 29 August
2002 Sir Dominic Cadbury, Chairman of Transense, acquired 50,000 ordinary shares
of Transense at 92p, taking his total shareholding to 60,000 ordinary shares,
representing approximately 0.12 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company.
