The Board of Transense Technologies plc announces that Jon Pither, non-Executive
Director, has decided to resign from the Board of Transense with immediate
effect to concentrate on his other business interests.



The directors of Transense would like to thank Jon for all the valuable advice
he has given to the Company since joining in March 2003.
