On 20 June 2007, Rodney Westhead, Non-Executive Director of Transense informed
the Company that his spouse had purchased 5,000 Ordinary Shares at 86 pence per
Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase of Ordinary Shares, Mr Westhead now holds a beneficial
interest in 5,000 Ordinary Shares (approximately 0.01% of the issued ordinary
share capital).
