DIRECTOR/PDMR Shareholding

Transense Technologies plc was notified today of the following transaction by a Director, which took place on 24 June.

A trust in which David Kleeman, Chairman, is deemed to have an interest purchased 125,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 10p pence each. As a result of this transaction, Mr Kleeman has an interest in a total of 200,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.26% of the issued capital of the Company. 

Transense Technologies PLC's share capital consists of 75,807,138 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
