Director Details

In line with the requirements of Rule 17 of the AIM Rules, Transense
Technologies PLC announces the following change to information required to be
disclosed under Schedule 2(g)(v) in relation to Rodney Westhead, a non executive
director of the Company.


Rodney Westhead has advised that Carter & Carter Group PLC, of which he is
Chairman and Interim CEO, announced yesterday that it has instructed its lawyers
to file a notice of intention to appoint administrators.
