                                 AGM update


At the Annual General Meeting of the Company being held today at 11.30am, the
Board provided a presentation covering the key developments over the past 12

The key points of the presentation include:

  • Michelin announces to the market the use of Transense's Tyre Pressure
    Monitoring Systems (TPMS) for the US commercial truck market
  • Michelin has agreed to waive its licence exclusivity relating to passenger
    tyre TPMS applications
  • New licensees signed for Transense's TPMS technology
  • New applications in the industrial sector for pressure and temperature
    sensing have been identified
