TRANSENSE TECHNOLOGIES PLC

Transense Technologies PLC announces that it has today posted its 1999 Annual
Report and Accounts to its shareholders.

Since the announcement on 16th March 2000 of the preliminary results for the
year ended 31st December 1999, the Company has been advised by its Auditors, BDO
Stoy Hayward, that a provision is required on account of the potential
employer's National Insurance contributions payable on the exercise of
employees' share options from 26th November 2002.  Accordingly, the Audited
Accounts reflect such provision in the amount of £200,000.
