(the 'Company')

Temporary Suspension of Trading in Ordinary Shares 

The Company reports that the audit of the Group's financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2008 has not yet been completed. In the main, this situation results from the first time consolidation of all the Company's subsidiaries, as well as the need to restate prior year accounts relating to the required change of accounting policy from US GAAP to IFRS. These delays have been further compounded by steps taken to restructure certain loan facilities for TechnomarketDomo, which remain ongoing. 

As a consequence, in accordance with AIM Rules, the trading of all the Ordinary Shares of the Company has been temporarily suspended, pending the publication of the Company's audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2008, which are now expected to be sent to Shareholders in the week commencing 27 July 2009.
