Contrary to speculation in the weekend press, the Board of TBI plc confirms that
it is not in talks with  the Royal Bank of Scotland, or any other party, with a
view to taking the Company private.


The Directors are confident about the long term prospects for the Group, which
has a strong portfolio of regional and international airports and
airport-related businesses, and they remain committed to delivering shareholder
value.
