Annual Report and Accounts and Resumption of Trading

The Company is pleased to announce that its Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2008 have been posted to its shareholders and are now available on the Company's  website: www.equestinvestmentsbalkans.com.

Notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 6 October 2009 has also been sent to the Company's shareholders and is available on the Company's website. 

Following the publishing of the Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2008, trading in the Company's shares is expected to resume at 7:00 a.m. on 18 August 2009.
