The Issuer advises that the announcement for Equest Investments Balkans Limited
released on Friday 5th October 2007 at 17.25 RNS No: 2809F was released in
error, and therefore should be disregarded. Amended announcement follows:

The board of Equest Investment Balkans Limited received notification that Petri
Karjalainen, non-executive director of the Company, purchased on 5th October
2007 2,500 ordinary shares in the Company, at £11.70 per share.

The beneficial interest of Petri Karjalainen following this transaction is
73,700 ordinary shares in the Company.
