TBI PLC 23 March 2004 TBI plc easyJet announces three new routes from Belfast International Airport TBI plc today warmly welcomed the largest single phase of expansion from Belfast International Airport so far by easyJet, with the launch of new direct scheduled services to four key European destinations in France and Spain, plus an additional daily London Gatwick service. From 25 June 2004 easyJet will fly nonstop from Belfast International Airport to Paris (Charles De Gaulle) and Nice, as well as to Malaga and Alicante in the popular Spanish property regions on the Costa del Sol and Costa Blanca. This brings the total number of easyJet destinations served from Belfast International Airport to 13. Keith Brooks, Chief Executive of TBI plc said: 'These four new direct services are a welcome addition to our existing European scheduled services from Belfast International Airport, which include Amsterdam, and most recently Prague and Brussels. We have worked closely with both Air Route Development (NI) Ltd and easyJet, to make these developments a reality. We plan to continue our co-operation with ARD (NI) in the forthcoming months in order to create direct access to other key markets in Europe and North America for the Northern Ireland air traveller.
