                      Notice of a Creditors and General Meeting and Posting of Documents

The  Company  announces that a Creditors and General Meeting of the Company will be held on  Tuesday  the  30th
November  2010,  at 12:00 noon and 12:30pm respectively, at Avon House, 435 Stratford Road, Shirley,  Solihull,
West Midlands B90 4AA.

Notice  of  the Creditors and General Meeting (the "Notice") has been posted to shareholders, together  with  a
proposal  by  the  Administrators  for a Company Voluntary Arrangement of  the  Company  for  consideration  by
Creditors and Shareholders (the "Proposal").

Copies  of  both  the Notice and the Proposal will be available for inspection for a period of one  month  from
today's date, free of charge, at: SVS Securities plc, 21 Wilson Street, London, EC2M 2SN.
