Notice of Annual General Meeting - Change of Date

Tracsis plc, (the 'Company') (AIM: TRCS), a provider of labour resource optimisation software for the transport sector, announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will now be held at 2pm on 28 January 2009 at the Company's registered office. This announcement replaces the previous notice of AGM released on 29 December 2008. 

Pursuant to Rule 20 of the AIM Rules for Companies; the notice of the AGM along with the Company's annual report and accounts have been posted to shareholders and has also been made available on the Company's website; www.tracsis.com.
