Tracsis confirms that it has received notice that on 28 February 2012, Partnership Investment Equity Fund Limited ("PIEF") disposed of 75,000 ordinary shares in the Company.

Accordingly, PIEF now hold 1,375,000 ordinary shares representing 5.72% of the total issued share capital in the Company and 5.72% of the total voting rights in the Company.
