The SIP Trustees (Cytec Trustees Limited) acquired a total of 30,978 shares (the "Partnership Shares") on 8 August 2023 at a price of £0.38 per Ordinary Share and a total aggregate cost of £11,771.64. The Partnership Shares were acquired through market purchases and have been allocated to those Company employees participating in its Share Incentive Plan (SIP) scheme.

Accordingly, on 8 August 2023, the SIP Trustees allocated a total of 30,978 matching shares (the "Matching Shares") under the SIP. The Matching Shares have been transferred from the Company's Employee Benefit Trust (EBT). Following this transfer of shares, the EBT holds a total of 1,294,432 Ordinary Shares representing 1.40 % of TPX's issued share capital.

TPXimpact Holdings PLC's (AIM: TPX) total issued share capital consists of 92,159,555 ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares").

The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is 92,159,555 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
