Publication of Final Terms

The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated July 10, 2023 in respect of an issue by Toyota Credit Canada Inc. of C$300,000,000 5.290 per cent. Notes due July 13, 2026 (the "2026 Notes").

Final Terms dated July 10, 2023 in respect of an issue by Toyota Credit Canada Inc. of C$300,000,000 5.160 per cent. Notes due July 12, 2028 (the "2028 Notes").

Each of the 2026 Notes and the 2028 Notes, respectively, are to be issued under the €60,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme established by Toyota Motor Finance (Netherlands) B.V., Toyota Credit Canada Inc., Toyota Finance Australia Limited (ABN 48 002 435 181) and Toyota Motor Credit Corporation.

The Final Terms in respect of the 2026 Notes and the Final Terms in respect of the 2028 Notes, respectively, must each be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 16 September 2022, as supplemented by the Supplementary Prospectuses dated 8 November 2022, 28 November 2022, 2 December 2022, 10 February 2023, 2 March 2023, 12 May 2023 and 4 July 2023, including all documents incorporated by reference (together, the "Prospectus"), which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2017/1129, as amended) and the Prospectus Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of United Kingdom domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended, in order to obtain all the relevant information.
