In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company
would like to notify the market of the following:

Tower Resources plc's capital consists of 537,107,878 ordinary shares of 0.1
pence each. Tower Resources plc does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Tower Resources plc is
537,107,878.

The above figure (537,107,878) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Tower Resources plc under
the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
