                                 Result of EGM


Tower Resources Plc ('the Company') is pleased to announce that at the EGM of
the Company held today, all resolutions were passed.  Application has been made
for the 45,000,000 new ordinary shares arising from the placing with Agile
Energy Limited to be admitted to trading on AIM.  It is expected that dealings
in these new ordinary share will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 5 February 2007.
