                APPOINTMENT OF NEW NOMINATED ADVISER AND BROKER







At the Extraordinary General Meeting held in London today all the resolutions
were passed.


Dealings in the new ordinary shares of Tower Resources PLC, issued in connection
with the Acquisition and the Placing are expected to commence tomorrow, 17
January 2006.


The Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of Corporate Synergy Plc
as its nominated adviser and broker with effect from tomorrow.
