CIM Special Situations Fund Limited bought 2,000,000 ordinary shares in the
Company ('Ordinary Shares').

CIM Special Situations Fund Limited now has an interest in 33,350,000 Ordinary
Shares representing 7.276% of the total voting rights of Tower Resources plc.
