On 21 May 2008, the Company was informed that on 19 May 2008 CIM Special Situations Fund limited ('CIM') sold 3,000,000 shares in the capital of the Company. Following this disposal CIM holds 15 million shares, representing less than 3% of the total voting rights of the Company.
