                                Grant of options

The Company announces that it has today granted 1,000,000 options each to Peter
Kingston, executive chairman, and Jim Webb and Frank Collar, consultants to the
Company.  The options are exercisable at 2.25p per share for a period of 5 years
from the date of issue.
