NOTICE OF THIRD QUARTER 2023 RESULTS AND WEBCAST

CALGARY, ALBERTA (November 13, 2023) - Touchstone Exploration Inc. ("Touchstone" or the "Company") (TSX, LSE: TXP) will announce its financial and operating results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2023 on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, which will be released before market open. Touchstone's executive team will hold a webcast on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. MST (4:00 pm GMT) to discuss the third quarter 2023 results. 

Members of the investment community and other interested parties are invited to participate in the webinar and question and answer session following the Company's opening remarks by registering here. Questions can be submitted prior to the event through the Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 2:00 a.m. MST (9:00 a.m. GMT) the day before the webinar or at any time during.
