                   Results of Extraordinary General Meeting


At the extraordinary general meeting of the Company held at 9.00 a.m. today,
all the resolutions, including, inter alia, the acquisition of London Jewish
News Limited and Sojewish.co.uk Limited, were duly passed.

The acquisitions of London Jewish News Limited and Sojewish.co.uk Limited
remain conditional, inter alia, on enabling resolutions being passed by the
shareholders of New Moon Publications PLC.

It is expected that the issued and to be issued Ordinary Share Capital of the
Company will be admitted to trading on AIM on 27th November 2000.
