                               Additional Listing


The Company is proposing to issue to certain investors, in aggregate, 5.4
million new Ordinary Shares at 2.875p per share, to raise £155,250 before
expenses ('the Placing'). The net proceeds of the Placing will amount to
approximately £151,000. The Placing will allow the Company to accelerate its
business development activities.

It is the Directors' view that the Placing is an efficient way of raising funds
and is substantially more cost effective than marketing a placing more widely.

The Placing is conditional, inter alia, on the admission of the Placing shares
to trading on AIM. Application will be made for the Placing shares to be
admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 20th October
2003.
