                              Additional Listing

The Company announces that it has made an application for the admission of
190,132 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.  These shares have
been issued pursuant to the authority granted at the annual general meeting held
on 20 June 2001 in satisfaction of certain invoices totalling £4,000 rendered to
the Company by providers of services.

It is expected that dealings in the said shares will commence on 18th February
2002.
