Application has been made by TOTAL S.A. to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 98,030,394 ordinary shares of TOTAL S.A. with a par value of 2.5 Euros per share, including (i) 2,237,918 ordinary shares issued from January 2016 to December 2016 in connection with the exercise of TOTAL S.A.'s shares subscription option plans, (ii) 23,206,171 ordinary shares issued on January 12, 2017, in connection with the scrip dividend option for the second interim dividend of the fiscal year 2016, (iii) 19,800,590 ordinary shares issued on April 6, 2017 in connection with the scrip dividend option for the third interim dividend of the fiscal year 2016, (iv) 9,350,220 ordinary shares issued on April 26, 2017, in connection with a share capital increase reserved for employees, (v) 17,801,936 ordinary shares issued on June 22, 2017, in connection with the scrip dividend option for the remainder of the fiscal year 2016 and (vi) 25,633,559 ordinary shares issued on October 12, 2017, in connection with the scrip dividend option for the first interim dividend of the fiscal year 2017.

Dealings in these shares are expected to commence on November 24, 2017.
